My focus is on the full product life cycle from beginning ideas to launch. Specifically, I lead design thinking workshops. Most recently, my focus is on the Design Sprint framework. DS creates alignment up-front through a week long process of problem re-framing, solutioning, prototyping and testing. I've worked with clients such as Coca-Cola, UPS, State Farm, Cox Communications, The Home Depot, AT&T, and The Weather Channel.
